The journey toward recovery is rewarding and life-changing. Life is what you make it, that principle of our program, however, you are NOT alone! Out-patient rehab allows clients to live at home and participate in treatment at an outpatient center during the daytime. This type of program affords people more freedom in treatment, giving clients the ability to maintain a job and keep up with day-to-day responsibilities at home. Those just beginning outpatient care may need daily sessions with a therapist or clinical staff, while those further along in recovery (or with less severe addictions) may be successful with part-time sessions once or twice per week.
Out-patient programs usually last anywhere from one to three months, as this is the window of time in which those in recovery are most vulnerable to relapse. The length of time a client spends in outpatient care depends on their progress in recovery, which takes into account their mental stability and physical health.

In Recovery In Action Transitional In -Patient Program was founded over 21 years ago on a ranch in Mount Aukum, California. The program was created as a long-term sober living community. The community program was designed to support patients in recovery by offering an environment in which our clients can have a unique personal awakening by practicing daily a simple set of tools.
